Rooh | Columbus, OH

San Francisco and Chicago based restaurant Rooh was looking to turn a vacant restaurant space into a unique and vivacious dining experience in the heart of Columbus’s Short North Arts District. ​ ​ With an extensive background in restaurant design and construction, Colliers Project Management was able to help develop a concept that matches that of the brand, while also creating an aesthetic that lends itself to its vibrant neighborhood surroundings. ​ Colliers worked closely with the general contractor to ensure the plans and details were implemented properly in order to bring the idea to life exactly as the owners had envisioned it.

North High Retail | Columbus, OH

The Colliers Project Management team provided owner representation on this 7,700 SF retail center in the reinvigorated Clintonville community. ​ Located at the southwest corner of North High Street and North Broadway, the development will house a hair salon, a fitness center and has plans for a future 3,000 SF restaurant.

Galenas Medical Marijuana Cultivation Facility | Akron, OH

After the award of the first round of medical marijuana cultivation state licenses, Colliers project management team was selected to be the project manager and owner’s representative for what would become the premier medical marijuana cultivation facility in not only Ohio, but the Midwest. This project was a $3M, 10,000 square-foot new building with 3,000 square feet of floor space for cultivation area. The facility houses the only all-organic cultivation operation in Ohio. Should Galenas want to formally submit, this facility will be able to become the first LEED certified cultivation facility in Ohio.

500 S. Front Street - Lobby Expansion and Renovation | Columbus, OH

Colliers project management team served as the Owner’s Representative for a $600,000 lobby renovation and expansion inside of the most prominent building in the Brewery District.

​ 5311 Westpointe Plaza Drive​ - Great Harvest Bread Company | Columbus, OH

Colliers project management team was brought on by a first-time franchisee looking to open their first restaurant. The franchisee wanted to convert a former pizza shop into a beautiful, new Great Harvest Bread restaurant, while not only following the prototype design requirements, but adding their own twist to the space. Colliers provided Tenant Representation services that included space planning, design and construction management, in order to deliver the project within the budget and schedule.

1309 Metropolitan Avenue - Zaro's Bakery | Bronx, NY

Zaro’s Bakery has been a tenant at Parkchester in the Bronx, NY for 58 years and relocated to a new 788 SF space within the same building that housed them for their first 55 years of occupancy. ​ Colliers provided Owner Representation services that included design and construction management, along with coordination of the tenant’s design. ​

855 Grandview Avenue - Budenheim Corporate Office | Columbus, OH

The Colliers project management team converted approximately 6,000 SF of raw warehouse space in a pre-engineered metal structure into Class A office space. Through client management and rigorous construction management, the new office was commissioned and opened successfully within budget and on schedule, while exceeding client expectations. Budenheim retained Colliers project management to work on their next office renovation in Mansfield, Ohio.

200 Park Avenue - Danaher Corporation Tax Office | Orange Village, OH

Danaher Corporation wanted to move its aging corporate tax office to a new lifestyle center, while also wanting to create a world class, innovative and collaborate work space with full amenities and unique architectural features. Through collaboration and communication, the new office was opened on schedule and under budget. Danaher's expectations were surpassed and this new office became their corporate standard across the company.

500 Meijer Drive - Schneider Electric Corporate Office | Florence, KY

While relocating their office from Erlanger, Kentucky to Florence, Schneider Electric needed to downsize their office space from 40,000 SF to 10,000 SF, while also shifting from a traditional office concept to open seating with no assigned work stations. Through careful product selection and minor value engineering, Colliers was able to save money from the original budget, allowing the client to lease additional space on the first floor of the building for a meeting space.
