Chateau Wine & Spirits turned to Colliers to manage their expansion into an existing vacant space next door. ​ The 5,070 Sq. Ft. renovation/expansion included HVAC upgrades, new finishes throughout, additional and upgraded reach-in refrigerators, new OHLQ branding, upgraded shelving and an incredible new wine tasting bar with seating for special events. ​

We entered the project with the owner’s predetermined architecture, engineering and GC teams already in place, but used the opportunity to quickly develop team rapport and develop a strategy to properly implement the project. ​ The team worked hard to make the renovation/expansion as seamless as possible, allowing Chateau Wine & Spirits to maintain a functioning business as Columbus’s premier wine and spirits provider.
