Hackman Capital Partners acquired this vacant and dilapidated office/warehouse space in the heart of downtown Columbus with aspirations to turn it into premier office space for a speculative office user. ​ Colliers Project Management was brought in to transform the space into one that is both modern and in keeping with the industrial attitude of it’s former self and the surrounding area.

Much like any renovation of an aging urban infill, design and construction saw many challenges, including removing bearing walls to open up the 2-story element, adding a grand stair, upgrading the HVAC and electrical systems, installing a new roof, incorporating a new high-end break room and restrooms and refinishing the space as a whole. ​ A top notch design team and 100% buy-in and dedication from all stakeholders involved helped make this project a major success.
