This functioning 3-story office building in the center of Columbus’s Warehouse district required an upgrade. ​ The project tackled three key goals: 1) replace all existing ground level storefront systems, at both the front and rear of the building, 2) revitalize the building lobby and 3) redesign the streetscape to allow for an attractive yet efficient progression to, and around, the entryway. ​ All objectives were achieved and the building is on it’s way to 100% occupancy.

During the course of the project, ownership decided to fully upgrade the building’s electrical service, as well as incorporate a brand new dedicated outside air system (DOAS) to the building. ​ While construction drawings and initial contractor pricing were well underway, Colliers Project Management inserted these additional upgrades into the project, and seamlessly pushed forward to permitting and bidding.
