A tenant was occupying a suite that no longer fit the needs of their organization. In addition, their current lease was close to expiring, so they were needing to find a new space for their business that worked for their rapidly growing business.
The Project Management team was able to collaborate with a few office brokers to provide a solution for the tenant. With the two team’s working together, they were able to not only find them office space that fit their needs, but create a scope of work that included energy efficient upgrade, design and finish selections that the tenant required. They were also able to competitively bid the work by multiple contractors to provide the most cost-effective price for the tenant.
By leveraging our team’s expertise and relationships with vendors, we were able to expedite the construction process to ensure the tenant could move in before their current lease’s expiration.
